Ghost Hunt V3, Ch1

Volume 3 wasn't translated in its entirety in that Chinese website. And so this translation is from online translators (I won't go into detail here). I did, however, look up parts of sentences that didn't make enough sense.

There's a funny scene in the end that's not in the manga/anime.

My GH DVD came in yesterday, and I think Naru's voice actor ( Read more... )

I was really hooked up when I watched the anime series. Then, I started to read the translated manga version. And now, the novel. I can't wait for the other chapters. By the way, does anyone have an idea if the novel is still available (in Japan)? I believe it was published a long time ago. I hope they still publish some copies up to this day.

Thanks!

Right now it's out of print, so you'd have to buy a used version online. And from what I heard, they're not that cheap.

The novels are in Japanese though, right?...
I was also wondering if the novel is a lot different from manga/anime or not?

Btw, thanx for translating that.. I will start reading when I have time ^^

Yeah, the novels are in Japanese. There is a Chinese translated version though (excluding vol. 3).

And yup, the novels are pretty diff. from the manga/anime, though it's closer to the manga. There are some scenes (esp. romantic ones!) that are in the novel, but aren't in the manga/anime. And you get to see what Mai is thinking.

Mai's relationship with Bou-san and Ayako seem a bit different too. She seems to be have a lot more complaints about them.

Yes, I'm still translating. I've been busy lately, so I haven't finished the next chapter yet.

Before, I was translating from Chinese so it was relatively faster. Now that I'm doing it from the Japanese version (which I'm kinda learning about now), it's going to be slower ^^;

Haha I kinda like the more hostile Mai xD more and more like naru every day, ne?
I REALLY like naru being openly annoyed whenever someone mentions calling in Masako! Why don't they show that in the manga?!?! it's inexcuseable xD

Yeah, Mai is a lot more hostile to Bou-san, especially. Yeah, it is inexcusable! It's actually very important too..

I wonder how it would be to read the stories from Naru's perspective.
