“The building was old. It burned well.” Sephiroth looked rather satisfied at the memory.

These are both cute and terrifying, if only because Sephiroth's ah, extremeness, has been aimed somewhere less harmful. It's interesting to see the almost-normality of Sephiroth and still have it in-character.

“I didn’t need to. You said yourself - you were going to show me the ending,” he snapped, fists clenching in the blanket.

“And was that a problem? I thought it rather poetic.”

LOL Sephiroth, you and your poor choice of words and poetic timing... Leave the literary flourishes to Genesis, okay? Less crazy-sounding.

"It's up to the Planet now..." Perfect last line and callback, all in one.

Cloud officially didn't understand himself anymore. AHAHAHAHA what's new, Cloud? *hug

Angeal hybrid clone was very much alive last I checked though really, you can imagine its fate to be whatever you want it to be. It can pretty much go wherever it wants. Maybe it will join a pack of Nibel wolves and become their leader.

Oh, Genesis was aware of mini-Cloud's hero-worship after Sephiroth teased him about it. He just likes to play coy. ;)

Awwww... The Final Chapter! (It took me a while to start reading. I was too afraid of the outcome)

I'm so glad that everything turned out well for everyone. (It didn't look like it would turn out well in the last chapter. I got crazy thinking of possible endings, and they were all tragedies >___< )

I'm so glad that Cloud's alright and is able to fit in this new timeline and is not being all suicidal now :D And Hurray for not-insane Sephiroth!

I just love how Cloud thinks that he was not able to change anything like kill hojo and jenova, but then the fact that he saved Genesis already changed the future for the better. (Yay for Genesis!!)

Anyways, I just like to thank you for this fic. (And thanks for FINISHING it too, all the other WIP fics I read before were abandoned TT___TT ) It's just so filled with awesomeness. And the way you portray the characters is just spot on! It's practically canon! XD

Hee, one thing I probably shouldn't say about my writing is that you should fear bad endings more when things are going well, as opposed to poorly. Like, if Cloud had actually killed Jenova without interference and triumphed and had everything go according to plan... then someone innocent almost certainly would have died. Some kind of law of conservation of melodrama. Still! I'm surprised people could be surprised by a happy ending, as that's normally the cliche.

I can't even describe how awesome this story is, all my blathering from previous chapters wittles down to 'EPIC'. Do you have any other FFVII stories in the works or do you want to give the fandom a break? I'd read anything you've written at this stage- to the ends of the earth! *giggles*

I have a FFVII one shot I want to write, but no idea when that'll come out, I'm taking it easy for a while I think. ;) Not done with this fandom yet, though - god, all I have to do is watch ACC again and the plot bunnies spring forth like mushrooms.

EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE~! It's the last chapter!!

I've been with this story from day 2, I have to tell you, and I'm so excited now that it's done!!! And despite your being worried about this chapter being too long, it was perfectly fine, and it being the last chapter and all, everybody's happy at the extended length before you go away.

I think your epilogue is so perfect, with Yuffie ending up in the Northern Crater and Cloud's friends thinking it was spam, and, and, and...

On the one hand I want to hear a lot more, on the other hand I'm so totally impressed at an FFVII timetravel fic being finished that I don't know what to say.
