i did the usual weekly weigh routine this morning and i am down 4 lbs.! that brings my total this year to 30 lbs and I am officially at 60 lbs total including last years loss. i am soooo very excited and i think the added exercise is definitely helping! yay!

A friend of mine sent me Snow Patrol's new CD "Eyes Open", which is one of the best albums I have heard so far this year. It was just released May 9th and the album is full of amazing tracks with a really full, fresh sound. I am really really impressed with the whole album and I highly recommend it to everyone. this past weekend i was in minnesota to visit my best friend and celebrate my birthday and her roommate beth's birthday as well. we did the bar thing in stillwater and south st. paul, went to ikea, ate awesome food....had an amazing time. it was so much fun! i also saw "the boy" (read: the ex), which was good and confusing and painful at the same ( Read more... )
