i'm on week 8 of my weight watchers program and i weighed myself this morning. i was pleasantly surprised because i've officially lost 20 lbs. since the beginning of january and 50 lbs. including the weight that i lost last year. this is kind of a milestone for me so i was very excited this morning! it definitely motivates me to keep going. i haven ( Read more... )
