Scams, scams everywhere...

I know that I am more hyper aware of financial crimes than many, and it feels like I have seen almost every play in the book.  But really, customer, do you live under a rock?  Do you not read the monthly front page article of the newspaper (that I can see from your autopay on your account that you get) about somebody taken in by some scam or other

On the one hand, you are giving bad news...but on the other, more heroic hand, you are giving GOOD news!

You're helping people stop whatever damage is being done, and saving them from possibly worse damage.
