So I just watched the first season of Durham County and part of the reason why was because this has been recced to me (more than once!) and I was totally curious. And OMG, you nailed both of them -- you have both their voices down cold -- and the deliciousness of sadist!Mike and masochist!Ray is off the charts. *vibrates with glee*

I have more DC to watch, and am gonna get back to that, but I hear tell there is more of this, too, so \o/! :D I am really looking forward to reading it!

I had to go look up Durham County and I'm like yeah, now I get it. Mike/Ray pushes all the right buttons. Do not go gently Into this relationship. Touching, fascinating for the sexual abuse/kink factor, and a very rewarding story. I remember I read this a long time ago before I knew th characters or the actors behind them but now I get it. Well done! Found through crack van, by the way.
