for anyone who is curious- sirang ulo tisay means "dumb blonde" in Tagalog (and tagalog is the main language spoken in the phillipines)

so my dad just walked in the door and told me that someone he knows saw me driving 80 mph on the freeway and now he is threatening to take my car away for a month! i dont understand this....
