Trust me on this one - go for a jog, or even just a brisk power walk! Make sure it's for at least 20 minutes though. I swear, it works!
Now, naturally, if these feelings persist for a long time, you will want to get in touch with a medical professional because that could be signs of something serious... but in the meantime, get out there and run! Endorphins are natural mood elevators, and when you use your leg muscles, it releases testosterone (yes, even in women) which gives you feelings of empowerment. A little exercise always helps me! Especially when I don't WANT to exercise LOL!
Thats a pretty good idea. I wish that had been an option last night (i've been sick for over two weeks now, some kind of bronchitis made worse by my asthma). I think when i move for grad school (hopefully) i need to find some kind of 24 hour gym. I tend to want to exercise at night, but my knees can't take regular running, i have to use an eliptical. But i agree on the endorphins...If i dont want to exercise when i start, i definitely do after 5 minutes!
*HUGS* i know i dont know you really, but i really hope you feel better soon.
