We come into the city by something we don't understand. Some of us come into the city with abilities, and the rest of us gain them by being here. They would all like the chance to study us, SERO most of all. AGI would just like to enslave us.

A three bedroom condo three two bedroom apartments. Most of the apartments have empty bedrooms still, but I assume those will be filled by friends of those who live there. And we have the first floor with can house thirty as temporary shelter, though it's a bit barracks like.
