This weekend is the MS walk! This has become one of my favorite days of the year! This year will make my 5th or 6th year participating (i forget exactly).

Birthday jitters.
As I approach my 30th birthday, I flip flop with how I feel about this age. I'm excited to pass the "30" year age barrier for my career. I can't tell you how often the parents that I work with dismiss my therapeutic skills on the basis that I look young. So while I still may look young, I suppose I may feel more confident disclosing my age.

I hate when guys tell you that they feel one way about you, however their actions (whether they make these actions public knowledge, or try to keep them discrete) completely contradicts their words. I really hate this. Don't tell me something if you are going to act in a way that completely counteracts what you say. Just stop. -
