I bought a house today. Nothing special or remarkable about it. My 5th house actually .. I suppose average for my age/generation. While it's the most expensive I've ever bought, it carries the smallest equity of any since my very first (divorces and debt have a way of doing that) .. and the payments devestatingly reflect the loan to value ratio ( Read more... )

I am still learning how to use LJ, and may yet find it ultimately more time and work than I am prepared to devote to it. I suppose it will be a matter of the extent to which it can be a valuable tool vs. the time and mental energy to maintain it in light of my life as a whole. We'll see. :)
