Arthritis behind the knee cap and unequal muscle strengths are pulling the knee cap off center. Have PT to do at home. Glad it's nothing serious. Only permanent. but catching up. I finally saw The Two Towers extended cut and it is a so much better movie. I'm in the middle of The Return of the King. Better movie- story line changes ignored, of course.

Yes I'm getting so much done from the paperwork pile. As the weight of a ream gets lifted from the desk, I feel better for it. Now I can get on with a few things. Like visiting and having fun.
