Concerned?

'The Hell?

What, exactly, did they have concerns about? Was it the constant attention, the premium food or the devotion?

I reiterate: 'The Hell?

I didn't mean she was concerned with me in particular, but that the cats will find a good home in general. They ask a lot of questions.

My best friend Kelley volunteers at the House of Dreams. They always have lots of sweet kitties waiting for new homes. They are very thorough with their screening as well.

I'm adopting a cat on Friday from the Northwest animal shelter project, its called something like that. I found it when I went to Petsmart to get my other cats expensive picky food. Its a great lady who is overflowing with cats right now due to people giving up their cats like crazy due to financial difficulties. I also had a friend go through the same lady, and its quite a pleasant experience, so I highly recommend her and her efforts. I can give you the info if you want. I think going through her is a bit smoother! And, I think you would be a great foster kitty daddy!

I was surprised and saddened by the sheer number of beautiful cats living in shelters.

You're going to be a foster kitty daddy? That's wonderful!

I worded that badly - I'm going to adopt a cat from a foster home. But if I move into a larger house I would definitely consider hosting homeless kitties.

Even better if you provide a "forever home," as they say. Not that they'd know me from Adam (or Eve), but if you need a reference or something like that, I am happy to tell them how lucky any kitty would be to live with you.
