but I still don't see any ads (not that I'm complaining about that!).
What I'll miss most are the extra user pics, and the ability to edit comments.
I discover typos all the time, after posting!

My banner and sidebar pics are still there, which makes me happy. :)
Does anyone know if the scrapbook pics will stay, or get deleted eventually?

I'm pretty sure that you have a scrapbook anyway, I'm just not sure if it's larger if you have a paid account.

I think you said you use Foxfire. If that's true, one thing that can help you notice typos in comments before you post them is to turn on the dictionary function. A red line will appear under any word as you type in any free field if the dictionary doesn't recognize it... It works in LJ and regular e-mail.

Yes, I use firefox, and have the spell check turned on.
The mistakes I make are usually words that are spelled correctly, but still wrong in context. *g*

Like "and" for "an", for example, or leaving a word out altogether, thinking faster than I can type. :)

The other day I left a comment for someone where I'd typed "write" instead of "right"... I was so embarrassed. *G*

I think you can delete your post and write a new one - but I'm not sure anymore.
But I'm all happy that your "Hey, don't speak to any strange men!" is still there!!! :-)
