Student of the month

Last Thursday, we received an awesome surprise in the mail from our daughter’s high school.

Normally, they only write if something is amiss (tardies, library books need to be returned etc.), but this time we got a card inviting the whole family to a breakfast in honor of her having been selected “Student of the month”!

Thanks, and I totally agree! :)
Our daughter is in the IHS program (International High School), and they have to do loads of extra work, and 130 hrs of community service, but the classes are also a lot more interesting.
