I'm pretty sure the Pacific is always cold. That's why pacific surfers wear watersuits, ya know, those tight ones?

im talkin air temperature, not water, ie - if it was warm out, we would've colled down with teh swimming. anywho, i'm pretty sure they wear those suits to accent their gigantic manhoods. ohhhhh yyyyyeah.
