The struggle to get this journal back on its feet continues. Man, this last week has flown by. This is the first chance I've had to relax at home for some time. One bright spot is Monique and I got a small grill for our back deck and we've had a couple of killer grilled dinners already, and summer is just beginning. Another month, another set of circumstances resulting in not enough time for the things I enjoy and crave but things are looking up for this month? Monique is off to France with her BFF Tuesday night not to return until nine days later on Thursday of the following week. It was a hell of a month. Monique ended up in the ER and hospital a couple of times due to complications related to her anemia and fibroids but it seems we might be in the clear for a while now and it might actually be a good thing the complications occurred because it led to discovering some things Monique can do to make her life much easier.
