I find quite often, when I answer the phone, the conversation goes something like this (note that most of my phone conversations happen at work):

Halloweens Past
I just put together a set on flickr of the photos I've got of past Halloween costumes. There are a lot of missing gaps- I'm 1/3 of the world away from the voluminous boxes of unsorted photos that my mother has taken over the years, and I'm sure there are some shots of costumes from when I was a kid (I do have a few of those I'd scanned in last time ( Read more... ) -

Halloween 2010
Well, my early Halloween is now finished... though I may be able to find a few other events going on, but the part of it I'm doing any work for is over. And it was fun. One of the things I'd like to get lined up for the next Star Wars convention (or event with my friends down in Tokyo/Osaka) is a Jedi costume. Museum Replicas is coming out with a few different ones that are based on the movie costumes, as close to pattern, cut, and style as possible, down to the same material, even. Weekends
