I woke up at about 4;40 am. Keith had set the alarm for that time. He got up and I heard him talking with Natasha. Just vague voices upstairs. My back was aching and so were my hips and my left ankle. I adjusted my ice and turned my heating pad on. Fell back asleep

Hang in there. I'm glad you're making progress. Given your issues with range of motion right now, Feldenkrais might be a worthwhile activity to pursue.

Keep up the good recovery, but yeah, don't wear yourself out too much. Sounds like progress is being made, though it must feel agonizingly slow.
At least it's good to see you around the Pancakes more often lately!
