I drove today for the first time since November 17. I haven't been able to drive until now because I couldn't bend my left knee enough to get the seat close enough to the pedals. And the vehicles we currently have are a bit of an impediment too - one is a standard and therefore, can't be driven at all without 2 legs. The other one is a full size

Hooray for progress. And Natasha is such a good girl.

I'm amazed at how good she is and worried about how strong she is at the same time. She has been a rock all week. The house is clean thanks to her and I was able to go to all my appointments with her help.

I mean, I always here from other people how good she is and I knew it but sometimes I spend so much time working on things like her rotting food issue that I don't take the step back and really realize what kind of person she is. I tell her all the time of course that she is great but wow, this week... I can't even put into words what she has done for me and I feel guilty because it should be the other way around.
