So, I am working on relaxation and I'm supposed to draw up a daily schedule for myself. i have kind of a loose one that I work from right now. If I have a morning appointment, I try to get 3 sets of exercises in before 5 pm. If I have an afternoon appointment, i do two sets of exercise and then do the last one when I get home. I have been doing my exercises - I am at the toddler stage now! I am walking around the furniture without crutches and we traded in the wheelchair for a walker.
I just have to find the time to catch up on livejournal and see how everyone is doing. I hope all is well with you.
