Oh Sixen. Har again to Natasha carrying your pee. She didn't complain now, but she's probably keeping a notebook for future therapy fodder. Your niece is gorgeous. And I'm so sorry that you fell! Bunny. I wish I could make this go faster for you.

6n -- I may have mentioned this before, but it took about 12 months for me to regain 95% health in my shoulder after I broke it. Very, very, very frustrating -- I know how you're feeling. It's really hard to see progress on a daily basis. I did things like compare where I was at the moment to where I was a month ago, etc. and that helped me see that I was moving forward so I could focus on the fact that I was going towards where I wanted to be and not dwell on how far it was to get there.

I missed your comment because my e-mail put it in the spam folder!

Its been a year since you broke your shoulder? Wow. That seems like it just happened. I'm having that whole time is standing still feeling. I can't beieve that so much time has gone by since the accident.

That's really good advice though.... I've finally stopped setting time goals and have set physical goals instead. I have been so let down when I wasn't all healed up by whatever date I had picked in my head. Now, I set goals like I want to be able to ride the stationary bike for x time or walk x distance in a day. And then just take steps towards getting there. I think its really surprising how long the body can spend healing itself up.
