In regards to number 6, also remember to wash your hands regularly and take lots of vitamin C!

One of the things that I like about winter is being able to wear gloves everywhere. My friends laugh but it protects me from GERMS.
I wish North America would adopt the "wear a mask while you are ill instead of coughing and sneezing on everyone" attitude.
