I can barely spell it, hell, I can't even say it (where exactly does the stress syllable go in osteopathy anyway?) but mine was an angel walking on earth. I can walk today without pain for the first time in a clear year.

A bit of a whinge
I have been sketching every day for the last week chucking out design after design. Sketching does not come naturally to me as I suck at compostion. The dishes have not been washed, everything needs hoovering and yesterdays swimming towels are still in their bag.
