I'm tired and I'm gonna try to go back to sleep. I'm not sure why I felt the need to post it here instead of e-mailing you but I figured you would like a nice shiny post, so I made a nice shiny post for you.
If you look carefully you can see your reflection in it!

You should only feel guilty when you do things like 'murder' or 'steal' or 'over indulge at AG'.... Asking for help is OK!!!! I know you are stubborn, and that is GOOD that you WANT to do things for yourself, but know when it's okay to ask for help.
Seriously if you need any help with errands LET ME KNOW! You can even call me at work and I can run to the supermarket and drop stuff off. I will even get a c-phone if that helps you out! Text, call, email, harass me!! Whatever you want! I FEEL GUILTY if I can't help you!!
I will even help you pick out your new fall clothing

I think that is the part of fibro that is the hardest for me. Days that I hurt so bad that moving makes me want to cry, or days that I am so fatigued that my limbs feel like they weigh 1000 lbs. apiece. People look at you like "What the hell is wrong with you, you are too young to be moving like you are 103 years old..." And when you have to ask for help from people who just don't understand, it can be embarrassing, and a huge blow to the morale.
Something else I am finding is that dating is very hard when Fibro is involved. The type of gals I like are always wanting to go hiking, rock climbing, etc....and the moment I say "I can't do those things because of this disease...", they back right off.
I am so glad that you have found a support group, sweetie...I wish I knew of one in my area. Maybe when I have my own place, I will think about starting one.....
