Materials needed:
1 piece of paper, I used printer paper.
3 Notecards (Index cards) to get the right size.
1 Pen
1 pair of scissors
1 roll of scotch tape.

Step 7 basically is after you fold the two sides up in 6 you have paper at the top that can be folded down. That's all you do there is fold that paper at the top down. It'll look a little bit like a salior/pirate hat now that I look at it.

We'd be mailing these hearts to you, at the end, right? This is my first time doing any kind of fan project, so I'm excited - but I'm not sure I can actually mail it. Would it be to the US...?
