Made it to work today in less time than I thought I would. only 25 minutes. It is 5.2 miles. Negotiating Opelika Rd and east university was the hardest part.

Going to bike to work tomorrow. Should be interesting. I'll probably get a ration of shit from co-workers. Did yoga tonight.

Had a short vacation. Went riding thursday and friday. 25 miles thursday 6/7 and 13 miles saturday 6/9. Its been raining the last two days.
Back to work tomorrow.

Apparently none of my friends use this service anymore. There have been really few posts in the last 2 years. I've thought of just deleting my account, but can't find a real reason to do it. Seems everyone migrated to facebook, and now another migration to Google plus is going on.

All I hear ate crickets and the ringing in my ears.
