My cousins are coming into town this weekend. I haven't seen them in about 8 years. Mark is coming on Sunday, but Val and Sherri are going t be here Saturday. Val wants go get together and go riding at least one day while she is here. I may have to take a day off work so we can do that. Went to doctor for a relapsed head cold yesterday. My Blood pressure was 128/78. Its finally coming down to normal.

Feeling much better from cold. Going to go ride the Columbus River Walk path tomorrow morning on bicycle. Start at 14th street bridge, go to Ft. Benning and back. Approximate 30 miles. I miss Ella. And Honey is still at the vets, she got spayed today. I've been going by the Shelter looking for her, but no sign. I hope she go adopted by nice people that will love her up. Shes a sweet adorable doggie. There is no telling where honey took her. She was gone till daylight.

I rode 54 miles on my bikes last week.

I rode 44.7 miles last week on the road bike this last week going to and from work. And 8 more on mountain bike yesterday. Been riding to and from work this week. yesterday did yoga at the UU. Fell asleep in the childrend center waiting for everyone else to show up. Rode to and from work today. Came home early. Had to pick up Brian & Jamie @ monkey town Airport. I'm driving tomorrow, my legs are killing me. 33.5 miles so far this week. I have to mow grass tomorrow

To and from work today plus side trip to my mail box 11.25 miles. Same crowd of "co-workers like to have a big laugh at my biking clothes. ie, dayglow safety colored t-shirt,bike shorts, and helmet. Rained like a mofo on the way home Thursday. Rode bike to and from work today. Noticed I'm having an easier time climbing the return hill on Annaloue Dr. Its about 25 to 30 minutes either way.
