Midnight in Paris

Oct 19, 2011 00:06

Spent Sunday away from the 'net, which was a particularly good thing as my anxiety has been skyrocketing these past few weeks. E. and I went to see Midnight in Paris at the little, plush-seated, one-projector theater near his apartment, the perfect venue for a film about a guy time-travelling back to the 1920's Paris art scene.

Spoilers! (said River Song.) )

Nope, but I don't read any novelizations.

Jealous about Tintin. :P

/rubs it in

By the way, change of subject, but are you still thinking of replacing all your belts? Because as long as you haven't lost TOO much length it'd be a lot cheaper and easier to either buy a leather punch ($10-15 and you'll always have it to hand) or haul your belts down to the nearest leather/shoe repair store and pay a dollar or two per belt to have holes punched. I don't know whether the belts would have too much extra length to tuck away, though.

You could always just fast-forward and watch just the midnight parts :D.

There is never a bad excuse to reread the Silmarillion.
