I'd hate to have to pay someone who got hurt breaking into my house. It's just undeserved.

Reading about these poor people getting screwed over makes me very sad. At least some of them would have gotten their insurance to pay.

Good god. There's not one instance where the person who won the money shouldn't have owed money to the people they sued. Oy!

I know. Some "justice" system, huh?

Did you hear about the guy who got fire insurance on a box of cigars, then cashed in after he smoked them? The cigar company sued *him* for arson, using testimony from his own case.

Now, that's justice.
