Looks like it was quite a Tri-y weekend, with fialta and despaer at the UK Nationals, and me at the Uster Triathlon. In comparison to last year, I felt a lot better about my performance yesterday

Good work! I don't believe in age degeneration!!! I think for you sub 2:30 is definitely doable, but choose a flat course for it!
