I love my birthday. I love that I get notifications for every person that thought of me for a few minutes and wrote on my wall or texted me. To the list of "personal awakenings resulting from the need to fix my life" I can add this morning. Where the door to a kitchen cabinet was broken, not off it's hinges, but wood split straight through.

Today's realization? Time to fix the home-front. Some things aren't worth it - and this is the end of my patience, my friends.

Some days I just want to scream.

That is all.

Exhausted but must make announcement.

Word is - for realzies this time - we got the house.

I faxed much paperwork from thousands of miles away (okay just over 1,300) for signatures.

Hooray for housing, debt, responsibility, stability, and the loss of discretionary funds!
