Started College again
So I have started college and it is off to a decent start. I just completed week one and am pretty excited about week two. It is very very nice to have something to think about other than work and paintball. I like this challenge, because it will pay for itself in the long run. Bought a new toy
Picked up a new toy from Best Buy last night. I thought I was well overdue to have a home computer finally. I have just been using a work laptop. This will help me seperate work from personal much better ( Read more... ) -

Mark Twain
This evening I watched a documentary on mark twain. I was touched and moved by the great man from Florida, Missouri.
I am sure just as he was that it was not coincidence that he was born and passed on when hailey's commet graced the earth with it's presence.
I am looking forward to diving into some of the texts that he left the earth with.

Early Saturday mornings working
What a busy week. Moving an office of 50 employees, staging and deploying the technology that runs it, and moving servers on Saturday morning.
These are interesting times for an it professional. These projects take you back to nuts and bolts and make you re-learn a few old things and a lot of new things, concepts, and technologies.

Consistent rhythm of life
I am for once fairly content. I seem to have found a consistent rhythm in my day do day life. I have good friends, good family, decent habits, a cool hobby. I am still without a companionship, but I am for now ok with that. I seem to be finding what makes me distinct from everyone else and getting into a comfort zone with the world.
