Well, in their opinion Henry VIII's divorce from Catherine Of Aragaon didn't exist, because you're not allowed to marry your brother's widow. However, even if we agree with this, we would have to forget that Henry asked the Pope himself for permission to do so. This is why the Pope was so cross when Henry wanted to divorce Catherine and marry a woman with three breasts and eleven fingers.

And that's if you don't count the fact that Henry made an entire religion of his own so he could divorce her...
