Can't even believe it's the start of another school year. Now I'm wondering if that's a more positive way of looking at things. So, I'm back in the school system I guess. Silly new "tax" they slapped on calling it a "bus fee". Ya right. Tax. I mean, how can they figure it's going to cost $200 or $400 per student to ride the bus. Especially since they don't really know how many students will ride and how many buses would need to run??
