If someone met Felix several months ago - or a month ago, even, he's hardly recognizable. He's made himself invisible, and has managed fairly well, but at this point he's sitting downstairs, tense and curled into himself, red hair all over his face and twitching at small noises, distant and lost in memory ( Read more... )

Mildmay freezes when he comes down the stairs and sees his brother there, Felix will probably hear him coming as he hobbles over quickly. He's worried, he looks awful. "Felix?"

Felix doesn't push him off. He tucks his head down, hiding his face. "Nothing happened." Quiet, and kind of rough edged himself, and it's even honest. It's just the accumulation of everything gradually.
