Finally kicked off summer training, although a few weeks later than I'd planned. I may not really be able to run, but hopefully this summer we can get that figured out.
Friday May 26:
20 min easy treadmill run followed by an hour of upper and lower body lifting.
Thursday May 25:
easyish and flat 67 minute road bike around the 'burbs.
