This was a bit of an oddity. I was in Ames, Iowa Mon-Thurs works at Midwest Energy Association's (my employer) annual operation conference. This consisted of 10-12 hour days and several hours of drinking at night. Monday July 25: Medium Distance
After jog/strength (10/10), bounded for 10 then went out for a 50 min classic near threshold. I was a bit tired but all in all good.
