Finally kicked off summer training, although a few weeks later than I'd planned. I may not really be able to run, but hopefully this summer we can get that figured out.
Friday May 26: 20 min easy treadmill run followed by an hour of upper and lower body lifting.
Thursday May 25: easyish and flat 67 minute road bike around the 'burbs.
Starting this year's training cycle a few weeks early as the ski season only partially materialized. I'll put the year's plan together in the comign weeks, but for now its just time to get moving again. Here's the first few days

Feeling sore after this week as I should. I ended up getting enough volume and had the intesity I wanted on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. Body is in good shape, but feeling a little pain in my arch, WTF
