Hi Beth, I just added you to my friend's list...looking at your fitday food diary inspired me...because normally I just don't have the patience to record everything like that...but because I don't, I lose track of how much I've eaten, etc. I think I am going to start it up again, just seeing how it works for you and stuff. I know I eat best when I write everything all down...even if it is tedious. Night! Linnea
Added back! I think I need to record everything because otherwise I'll eat my deficit right away. My biggest problem is snacking at night. I had to put a note on my fridge that says "NO SNACKING AFTER 8pm!!!" in big letters because that late at night it's NEVER healthy snacks.
