Yes, I'm slowly changing!!
Today at the store, there it was- rice pudding, and on sale!! I've always loved rice pudding, so creamy, good, filling... But it's usually so expensive , $3.99 a carton. Dec, 21st- shortest day of the year. That would be depressing for some, but I Look at it as there's nothing but longer and longer days coming now!! Been reading up and youtubing on losing weight -found Kaylah Cupcake that does intermittant fasting and has lost 100 lbs. I'm re-starting my skinny journey and I wanted a place to journal my thoughts and experiences- I found Live Journal here, so off we go... I'll start at the beginning and catch us all up to date here.
