So last night, tuesday night, I planned on going for a run after lab. Let me tell you running in the dark is the way to go. Not only do you get the feeling your running from something aka encouragement to keep running. But also you have no sense of distance or time just you running say 8 mph and as far as you know you haven't really gone that far
