OKAY WONDERFUL NEWS. between monday and wednesday jesse is coming home until his court date!!! (dec. 10) so if you all would like to call him and talk to him, he will be home by wednesday. :D

Jesse gets out the 24th.
After that, he goes to Davis Stuart (I have no idea where that is) for at least 90 days. He was told by his lawyer that 90 days is probably the maximum he'll be there, but that's still a lot. He will get breaks on the weekend though.
Please, pray for him.

I talked to Jesse's stepmom exactly 52 minutes ago. He will definitely get out of salem the 24th. Then they will either let him go home until the 10th (his court date) which is unlikely, to a center in dunbar until the 10th, or directly to a correctional school in Elkins for up to a YEAR AND A HALF. please, pray for him.

he's doing very well. his release date is on the 18th still, possibly sooner. his big meeting is on the 4th-everyone cross your fingers that everything goes well.
also...there's a song that he can't remember. "it's only you, beautiful, or i don't want anything at all." does anyone know what it is??
