For those living in Iceland I recommend the ongoing exhibit Love at first sight - New Acqouisitions from the Würth Collection at the National Gallery of Iceland, as well as Augnsinfónía at Kjarvalsstaðir which features works by the intriguing Bragi Ásgeirsson.
But now I must vomit since the prime minister was just on tv.

Í yfirstandandi flutningum vorum frá Mömmuhóli til Þorvaldsstaða hef ég rekist á bækur sem ég hef fengið lánaðar hér og þar. Svo ég afsaki trassaskapinn við að skila þeim, hefur lítið sem ekkert skipulag verið á bókunum mínum undanfarin ár þar sem þær sprengdu utan af sér litla Skoffínshorn, og hafa því hrúgast upp á ólíklegustu stöðum.

Kisubörn.
Kettlingarnir sem ég er að fóstra fyrir Kattholt eru nú orðnir tæplega mánaða gamlir (fæddust þann 11. apríl) og eru að leita að góðum heimilum. Þeir verða tilbúnir að fara til nýrra eigenda átta viknar gamlir, nánar tiltekið þann 11 júní eða þar um bil. Gotið samanstendur af fjórum svarthvítum högnum og tveimur læðum sem báðar eru dökkbröndóttar. ( Read more... ) -

I had some minor changes made to my appearance yesterday and I must say I'm quite pleased =)
A new haircut with a few purple extensions, plus a brand new nose piercing should be enough to lighten up my spirits for the upcoming Art History test, as well as the much dreaded hunt for a summer job.
I had a tiny bit of wine before they were taken...

Orðin mamma.
Kittehs?
I've decided this lovely mom's name is Anastasia. Two of her kittens will be called Þöngull and Þrasi (Thingumy and Bob in English apparently) but the other four I have yet to find a name for. These babies feed like crazy and poor Anastasia is on her back all day doing her best to serve demand. I'll write more about them as they get bigger ( Read more... )
