The house sold to someone else. Good riddance. I'm tired of this. Also I feel like I should keep my options open in case I decide to move from the state or something. More house frustrations.
After I had told the realtor I was taking a break from looking for a house, she e-mailed me with a great deal. I saw the house and then placed an offer. They countered, and I accepted the counter. Un-house
They did not accept the offer. Signed back at the asking price, offering only an additional $2,000 in "upgrades." My realtor really pushed for me to accept their deal, stating that was THE BEST deal in town, and I wouldn't find anything better. I passed on the deal. Going gay for house.
I put in an offer on a house Friday. They have until Monday at 5pm to respond. It's a 2200 sq foot living / 3000 sq ft total house that's still under construction. Hopefully I can get it at a reasonable price.
Going to bed now.
