I had a really sore left nipple on Tuesday. I think I must have dried it too violently in the shower. I was wearing a shirt that day, which felt like sandpaper rubbing up and down it, all day long. It was so irritating

Bodyboarding !!! You've just solved one of my all-time mysteries...I used to bodyboard in Portugal back in the early nineties, and I got the sore nipples back then too...I thought I had burned them in the sun !! Every year after, I didn't go body boarding, and my nipples were fine !
