just published what they describe as “The Best Thing We Have Ever Posted”. It's an mp3 of a guy on the phone with AOL trying to cancel his account. Plus when the guy says he "didn't hear him" the first time he asked to cancel the account, he's lying because he asks why before the guy can say it again.
