That was sweet and nice. I like the way the story flowed, each scene sliding smoothly into the next. Jim felt wonderfully in-character here; trying to be a friend, refusing to not be involved, jumping in fearlessly. I also like the portrayal of Spock. He was overwhelmed, but he didn't throw tantrums, he didn't get mean, he tried to keep to his training.

Well done.
