It seems that no matter how early I get up in the morning, I can’t really get going on my day until after 7 am.  I always say I’m going to get up, and start working.  Meaning either go straight to the gym, or do some writing, or study some homework, but inevitably, I end up putzing (is that spelled right?) about, and not really doing anything ( Read more... )

Eh, I'll throw you a bit of wisdom they parlay around in my weight watchers meetings. Nothing tastes as good as thin feels. You and Lesley are not fat - so maybe insert "healthy" in there. It's true, man. Cheesy, yes, but true.

That's actually a great saying, even if it is cheesy. Thanks. And you can apply that to all sorts of acheivement. "Putting off the task never feels as good as completing it." Etc.
