Hooray for the Vernal Equinox!

Today marks the end of Winter's cold grip on us.  with the sun being directly over the equator, and making it's way over the Northern Hemisphere, we will start seeing longer days.

Despite what people tell you, this is not the only day you can balance an egg on its end.  You can do that any day of the year.  You just have to be patient, persistent, ( Read more... )

It's today, and the exact time of the alignment of the sun with the equator is at 8:07 p.m. EDT.
